TVs are everywhere in the trailer reinforcing it as the theme or a key part of the games story, David also stated Six and Mono are going to try turn off the signal tower. Dunno why Six didn't use her powers, I guess she's either out of juice or is trying to get to a specific goal and being captured was necessary for that. I assume her raincoat is confiscated because conformity/obedience. This next character is Six, I assume the boat we hear at the end of the last game captured her and brings her here.
If we start the game here then we start playing as Mono, and I believe we meet Six along the way, as Dave also confirmed the other character you travel with is in fact Six. This makes sense because the Narrative Director - Dave Mavrik said we would be playing as Mono in this game and not Six. Upon closer inspection the coat on that child is Mono's coat, he's just not got his bag on his head. Also, because the character looks washed up you naturally assume its Six due to the last place we saw her being out to sea. The image was quite hard to make out, and at first when I saw it I thought this was Six because I thought the coat was yellow but its brown. The TVs might resemble unhealthy consumption of media, obedience (obedience is the only way I can think to link it to the hunter and the teacher with what we have seen from trailer), or sloth if were doing a deadly sin.
LITTLE NIGHTMARES 2 TRAILER TV
I believe the TV resembles the theme of the game as they are everywhere in the promo material and trailer, the last games theme in my opinion was hunger, gluttony, or greed. Furthermore, it will feature new enemies and characters as well, such as the Hunter, the Teacher, the Students, the Doctor, the Viewers, and of course the Thin Man.īelow you can watch the official Halloween trailer for Little Nightmares 2.At the start of the trailer we see the new character Mono apparently washed up, this place has high prison like walls implying a lack of freedom for the place's residents. Little Nightmares 2 will feature several new locations such as the Wilderness, the School, the Hospital, and the Black Tower. Six and Mono will have to work together in order to reach the Black Tower, in which the Thin Man resides. Soon after, Six meets a boy wearing a paper mask named Mono. It takes place after Six escapes from the Maw. Little Nightmares 2 is a direct continuation of the first game. Though it had some issues, overall it was a great experience.
Also, the ending of the game was extremely pleasing. Little Nightmares was by far one of the creepiest games ever made, at least for me. The first game was quite scary in specific sections, but nothing compared to the overwhelming creepiness in general. And since Halloween is known for the scary and creepy, Tarsier Studios decided to publish a new trailer. Little Nightmares 2 is still a few months away, but Halloween is almost upon on.
